Thomas Shanoff's passion for food is clear. Having been surrounded by the restaurant industry since a young age, Shanoff was inspired by his grandfathers, both of whom were successful chefs.
While pursuing a career in the financial sector, Shanoff instinctively knew that it wasn't his calling. Instead, his heart lied in the kitchen; an internal drive that now allows him to excel naturally at what he does.
Chef Shanoff graduated from the George Brown's Culinary Management Program at the top of his class, with many honourary certifications and achievements under his belt.
Shanoff's talent is evident, but his diligence to constantly improve is commendable. With his positive energy, charisma, and hard work, he is able to ensure kitchen processes are streamlined and keep the team dynamic intact. Even in the most stressful of situations, Shanoff is often seen in full composure, allowing his team to be led to their fullest potential.
At such a young age, Shanoff has accomplished more than most do by simply discovering what truly allows him to challenge himself to the fullest of his capabilities. He is proof that having a dream and the willingness to work hard for it is always going to go a long way in this world.
